McDonald's in Bensheim

Pre-ordered online. Paid when approached. Delivered in 5 minutes. This time delicious again. Haven't been there for 1 year. In this respect ??

Staff very friendly. The restaurant is clean and very centrally located, easily accessible by car.

Lukewarm burgers with a cold slice of cheese.

Unfortunately, we have repeatedly made the experience that it is not possible to coordinate food orders well during rush hour. Result: food almost cold and the order incomplete.

Was at the McDrive despite 4 cars in front of me, it went very quickly. Great, good that the cash register is extra again, I hope that the two-window principle also remains after Covid. :-)

Very good Mäces, our burgers and fries were hot and well prepared!

Close to the Autobahn, Drve-in, and local food. Proper hygiene concept. Everything was clean and unobjectionable.

The food is just typical of mcdonalds. What really stood out is the service that was much friendlier than any service I have ever experienced.

I would strongly recommend (if possible) only to order from the drive-in. There are usually a lot of people in there.

Friendly, German speaking service. The place was clean, the toilet wasn't. I've seen better, better McDonalds.

No order at the cash register possible as it was not occupied, was referred to the terminal, 1 order terminal broken, the other 3 occupied, nothing fast-food restaurant. I went to the Burger King has 2 min. lasted. Your own fault.

Staff were actually all very friendly and competent. It was also clean and hygiene was also taken into account ... but the management of the standpoint should work on their friendliness ... ?

Standard McDonalds, nothing special or out of the ordinary.

The self service panels are a great add to the customer, fast, uncomplicated, no pressure of people queuing behind you. Order came fast, warm and tasty. Clean toilets too.

Always very busy and on the attempt to modernize the shop, the queues and wait have increased considerably. Food does get served hot, but it takes time considering it is a fast food. They offer a nice café separate from their main restaurant service.

Small nice restaurant with beverage refill station. Staff is very friendly, everything is clean and the vouchers are accepted.

Ordered three different meals and the hamburgers needed to be cooked. The server got the food that was ready and packaged it. She left it on top of the hot serving area. After 5 minutes of waiting and watching our food get cold. I asked if there was a problem making hamburgers. I was told no. So I asked for the food that was ready. The server rolled her eyes but then gave it to me. I waited a further 9 minutes for the burger. Dear MacDonalds.. waiting 12 minutes for a hamburger is not fast food. Also why didn't the server tell me about the long wait or upsell a cheeseburger? Staff need more training.

At very convenient place. Staff are very good.

You can not pay with Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. We waited to order 15 minutes with our little boy, then we did that. We tried to pay with 3 credit card, but none of them was good enough to the McDonalds. They was not polite, we left the restaurant hungry and without a single sorry from the staff. It is interesting, that I could pay one of this credit cards everywhere in the world, but here, in an international restaurant network none of them was accepted.
